SICK POLICY:
If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. If you can give me 24 hours notice that would be much appreciated, but I understand if you can not and you will not be charged a cancellation fee. I will do the same for you if I become ill. Simply text, call or email me. Your integrity and transparency around this issue is very important for all of my clients that count on me to provide a healthy and safe environment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may reschedule or cancel without charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you cancel or reschedule your session in LESS than 24 hours, you will be charged HALF of the cost of your session. If you do not show for your appointed session, you will be charged the FULL price of your session. These fees will be due prior to your next treatment. I understand that life happens and should an emergency or crisis occur exceptions may be made. (such as sudden illness as mentioned in Sick Policy)

LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
